You can see in this picture how her right eyelid is lower than her other lid. If it gets severe enough it could cause other eye problems or even something as serious as blindeness.

October 3, 2014 - Eye Doctor
I decided to take Adelynn to the ophthalmologist because she has a droopy eyelid. We noticed the droopy lid when she was about a month old but the pediatrician wasn't concerned and said it might correct itself. After a couple of months of it staying the same, we decided it couldn't hurt to get it looked at. The doctor said it's called ptosis and that she will probably always have it and that when she gets older it might not be as noticeable. He conducted some tests and found out that she is +5 farsighted and might need glasses. We need to keep an eye on her and if she starts going cross-eyed to contact him to get glasses sooner, otherwise we have a follow up appointment in 6 months and if the number goes down she might not need glasses.

You never know what medical science will come up with in her future. She is beautiful either way. ~Grammy Kelly
